Our return policy is backed by the promise that if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return any item in it's original condition and packaging within 14 days for a refund. To request a return simply email and we will gladly exchange, replace or refund, exclusive of any delivery charges.
We will credit your original method of payment, excluding delivery (unless goods are faulty or not as ordered). When you contact us please be sure to have your original order number, the product you would like to return and the reason for the return.
As we carry products in stock we are usually able to offer a next day dispatch. It is possible to back order some items. In these cases we will contact you with an estimated delivery time and let you know what is happening with your order. In the case there is a technical issue or another item is placed at the same time, the goods you have ordered may not be in stock. We will contact you if this is the case and offer you goods of equivalent quality, or higher quality at the original price. We will endeavour to deliver goods to you within the times stated, but goods are subject to availability, and delays are sometimes out of our control.
